摘 要:王枬教授新著《成己成人:叶澜教师观解读》一书基于历史和逻辑两个维度,系统梳理了叶澜关于教师的研究过程与基本主张,并在“教天地人事,育生命自觉”教育理念和“成事成人”价值追求基础上展现了叶澜对教师角色、教师价值、教师发展、教师素养、教师教育等方面传统观点的批判反思和内涵重构,以及对“教师是谁”“教师为谁”“教师何为”等教育基本问题的解答。此书能够帮助教师重新认识在“成己成人”中所应具有的身份与使命、责任与担当、尊严与欢乐,对广大教师的专业发展与生命成长以及我国教师教育的现实转型与未来变革都具有十分独特的价值与贡献。Wang Nan’s Cultivating Both Oneself and Others:An Interpretation of Ye Lan’s View on Teacher systematically interprets Ye Lan’s research process and basic propositions about teacher based on the two dimensions of history and logic,demonstrates Ye Lan’s critical reflection on the traditional views and connotation reconstruction in teacher role,teacher value,teacher development,teacher quality and teacher education on the basis of the educational concept of“teaching the world and cultivating life consciousness”and the value pursuit of“gaining achievements and becoming a man”,and answers the basic educational questions of“who the teacher is”,“for whom the teacher is”and“what the teacher is”.This book can help teachers to re-understand their identity and mission,duty and responsibility,dignity and joy in“cultivating both oneself and others”.It has the unique value and contribution to the professional development and life growth of teachers,as well as the realistic transformation and future reform of teacher education in China.
