摘  要:立足高校“中国传统文化”课程现状和学生心理需求,从优秀传统文化与心理健康教育结合的必要性、可行性以及融入路径等方面进行探究,理论联系实际,不断丰富当前传统文化教学内容,为高校传统文化教育创新发展注入生机活力。相应的教学举措,使高校传统文化课程与心理健康教育有机结合,从而引导学生树立积极的价值观并养成健康的心态,以期对于学生的心理素质增强和学习效果提升有所帮助。Social transformation has brought about great changes and there come various kinds of psychological problems among college students. Based on the status of the course Chinese Traditional Culture and college students’ psychological needs, this paper analyzes the importance, feasibility and ways of integrating psychological health education into Chinese excellent traditional culture. Combining theory and practice, vitality is brought into the innovation and development of Chinese traditional culture education through enriching teaching content and exploring integrating ways. Appropriate teaching development makes the course Chinese Traditional Culture and psychological health education organically melted, for guiding students to establish positive values and healthy mentality, which is expected to be helpful to improve psychological quality and learning quality of college students.
