摘 要:统筹教研、教科研、师训、信息技术等教学业务力量多方参与教师专业发展,应以区域教师发展培训规划为指引、完善的教师培训架构为支撑、科学的培训认知和有效的培训推进机制为抓手。实践中,以“校本研修、全员培训、名优骨干培训”构成区域教师专业发展支持体系,以“研究驱动、专家审议、项目实践、成效评价、成果物化”为规范操作流程,进行系统规划、科学设计并有效实施教师专业发展培训项目。The overall planning of teaching research, scientific research, teacher training, information technology and others concerning teaching participating in teachers’ professional development should be guided by regional teacher development training planning, supported by a perfect teacher training framework, scientific training cognition and effective training promotion mechanism as the starting point. In practice, the regional teachers’ professional development support system is composed of “school-based research and training, full staff training and famous backbone training”. Through systematic planning, scientific design and effective implementation, training projects of teachers’ professional development are carried out with “research-driven, expert review, project practice, effectiveness evaluation and materialization of results” as the standard operation process.
