摘 要:翻译服务行业需求与翻译教学知识供给存在多点错位,主因在于教师、教材、投入及观念。基于行业视角重构翻译能力的概念为,译员为高质高效完成翻译项目所需的动态性知识与技能网络,主要由双语转换、项目化工作、信息技术工具、知识与技能更新、职业素养等密切交互的层次性知识、能力和策略构成。翻译教学应及时纳入行业视角,更新翻译能力认知,改变知识供给模式,培养符合当代翻译服务行业需求的新型翻译人才。Investigations revealed the misalignment between the demand for qualified employees of translation industry and undergraduate translation instruction, whose primary causes involves teachers, teaching material, investment and conception.Translation competence is redefined from the perspective of translation industry as a dynamic network of knowledge and skills required of a translator to complete a translation project with good quality and high efficiency, composed of a series of knowledge,abilities and strategies that hierarchically interact with each other, mainly including bilingual converting competence, project competence, information technology tool competence, knowledge and skills updating competence, and professionalism. Current translation instruction should take into consideration the demand of translation services, renew the conception of translation competence, update the mode of knowledge supply, and cultivate competent translators so as to meet the needs of the modern translation industry.
