摘　　要：高等职业教育作为职业教育的重要组成部分,承担着培养高素质技术技能人才的重任,具有优化高等教育结构,加快实现教育现代化的重要作用。回顾历史,以国民经济和社会发展五年规划纲要为切口,梳理自“十一五”规划以来我国高等职业教育的发展脉络,其经历了大力发展、建立现代职业教育体系、推动高质量发展等不同发展主题,走出了从精内涵、找定位到谋改革、建体系,再到提质量、重适应的改革创新之路。聚焦当下,高等职业教育正处于发展重要窗口期,要进一步提升与经济社会的发展适配度,提高教育标准化程度,提升教育发展的开放性,服务国际国内双循环新的发展格局,努力探索中国特色、世界水平的发展之路,培养更多能工巧匠和大国工匠。As an important part of vocational education, higher vocational education undertakes the important task of cultivating highquality technical and skilled talents, plays an important role in optimizing the structure of higher education and accelerates the modernization of education. Looking back at history, based on the outline of the five-year plan for national economic and social development, sorting out the development context of higher vocational education since the eleventh five-year plan, it has experienced different development themes,such as vigorously developing, establishing a modern vocational education system, promoting high-quality development and so on, from refining connotation and positioning to seeking reform and building system, and then to improving quality and re-adapting. Focusing on the present, higher vocational education is in an important window period of development. Higher vocational education should further improve its adaptability to economic and social development, improve the degree of educational standardization, enhance the openness of educational development, serve the new development pattern of the double cycle at home and abroad, strive to explore the development road with Chinese characteristics and world level, and cultivate more skilled craftsmen and craftsmen from large countries.
