摘  要:班主任要想实现班级建设和学生进步的并轨发展,应当以学生为中心,以其个性化发展为方向,让其以更好的状态面对学习和生活。在引导学生养成良好习惯、营造良好班风的同时,在班集体建设中,应关注以下几方面:一是融情,打开心灵之门,给予生命安全感;二是聚力,积蓄合力之势,唤醒生命正能量;三是育才,鼓励个性成长。If the head teacher wants to realize the integrated development of class construction and students progress,he should take students as the center and their personalized development as the direction,so that they can face learning and life in a better state.While guiding students to form good habits and create a positive class atmosphere,the following aspects should be paid attention to in the construction of the class collective.First,blend feelings and open the door of mind,to foster a sense of life security.Second,accumulate the potential of resultant force and awaken the positive energy of life.The third is to cultivate talents by encouraging personality growth and helping make life different.
