摘  要:高职院校托育服务与管理专业课程体系建设,不仅是构建高质量早期教育标准体系的应然之义,也是培养托育服务与管理专业应用型人才的必然要求。新时代实现托育服务与管理专业课程体系建设,是“全面三孩”政策配套体系建设的应有举措,是完善托育服务质量测评标准体系建设的实然选择,是技能型社会培养应用型人才的必然要求,更是构建“立德树人”育人模式的应然选择。高职院校托育服务与管理专业课程体系建设的内涵,表征为彰显课程内容线性与多元的结合,促进岗位技能与通识性知识的协同发展,实现职业规划与岗位实践类课程的协调联通,凸显“医育结合”回应性托育服务与管理专业的课程特色。推进高职院校托育服务与管理专业课程体系建设,应创新“三元育人”的课程理念,建立岗位“学分银行”制度;对接岗位素质模型标准,打造“全链式集群”模块化课程体系;构建“U-G-S”多元协同育人机制,创新“产学研”深度融合的人才培育模式;树立“岗课证融通”的技能型课程建设理念,实现多维动态化课程治理。The construction of the curriculum system of nursery service and management major in higher vocational colleges is not only the meaning of building a high-quality early education standard system,but also an inevitable requirement for cultivating applied talents in nursery service and management major.The realization of the construction of the curriculum system of nursery service and management in the new era is a necessary measure for the construction of the“comprehensive three-child”policy supporting system,a real choice to improve the construction of the quality evaluation standard system for nursery service,an inevitable requirement for the cultivation of applied talents in a skilled society,and the choice to build a moral education model.The connotation of the curriculum system construction of nursery service and management major in vocational colleges is characterized by the combination of linearity and diversity of curriculum content,promoting the coordinated development of job skills and general knowledge,realizing the coordination and connection of career planning and job practice courses,highlighting the curriculum characteristics of the“integration of medicine and education”in nursery service and management major.To promote the construction of the curriculum system of nursery service and management in higher vocational colleges,we should innovate the curriculum concept of“three-element education”,establish a post“credit bank”system;connect the post quality model standards,and create a“full chain cluster”modularization curriculum system;build a“U-G-S”multicollaborative education mechanism,innovate the talent cultivation model of“industry-university-research”in-depth integration;establish a skill-based curriculum construction concept of“post-course certificate integration”to achieve multi-dimensional dynamic curriculum governance.
