摘 要:为探究中职学校教师心理健康教育能力现状,采用混合研究方法,自编《中职教师心理健康教育能力测验》对中职教师进行在线问卷调查,并对10名专业教师和10名班主任教师进行深度访谈。调研结果显示,中职教师对心理健康教育有初步认知,具有中等水平的心理健康教育能力,且在性别、教龄、职称、教师类型、是否担任班主任等变量上存在显著差异。中职学校可以从强化中职教师心理健康教育能力准入条件、加强中职教师心理健康教育全员培训、完善教育教学活动有机渗透心理健康教育工作机制和构建中职学校心理健康教育一体化服务体系等方面入手,不断提高中职教师心理健康教育能力,积极促进中职学生心理健康成长与全面发展。In order to explore the current situation of teachers’mental health education ability in secondary vocational schools,a mixed research method was used to conduct an online“Mental health Education Ability Test for Secondary Vocational Teachers”,and 10professional teachers and 10 class teachers were interviewed in depth.The results showed that secondary vocational school teachers had a preliminary understanding of mental health education,had intermediate level mental health education ability,and there were significant differences in variables such as gender,teaching age,professional title,type of teacher,and whether they served as class teachers.In order to continuously improve the mental health education ability of secondary vocational school teachers,and actively promote the mental health growth and all-round development of secondary vocational students,secondary vocational schools can strengthen the access conditions of secondary vocational teachers’mental health education ability,strengthen the full-staff training of secondary vocational teachers’mental health education,improve the organic penetration of educational and teaching activities into the working mechanism of mental health education,and build the service system of integration of mental health education in secondary vocational schools.
