摘　　要：基于我国新生教育状况的反思,认为高校需要从目标和内容上拓展其内涵,这既是促进学生全面发展的基础性工作,也是提高人才培养质量的内在要求。应将新生教育融入人才培养全过程,给予持续性推进;加强学生学习体验研究,构建发展性评价机制。Based on the reflection on thefreshmen education in China,the paper holds that colleges and universities need to expand its connotation from both the goal and the content,which is not only the basic work to promote the all-round development of students,but also in line with the the inherent requirement to improve the quality of talent training. Freshman education should be integrated into the whole process of talent training and moved forward with continuous efforts. The study of students’ learning experience should be strengthened and a developmental evaluation mechanism should be built.
