摘  要:新文科建设要求传统文科各专业通过课程重组,形成文理交叉,逐步建立起具有中国特色的新文科复合型人才培养模式。通过分析中国文科复合型人才现有培养模式的不足,回顾北京航空航天大学自建校以来的文科发展历程,着重介绍强化数学基础的人才培养模式的内涵和实践方案,在更新人才培养理念、优化人才培养模式、完善课程知识体系、整合跨专业师资队伍、搭建联合培养平台、构建评价指标体系六个方面提出了培养新文科复合型人才的具体举措,并以《统计学导论》课程为例,探索北京航空航天大学新文科复合型人才的培养实践。The new liberal arts initiative requires the traditional majors of liberal arts to reorganize their courses to form the intersection of arts and sciences,and gradually establish the cultivation mode for interdisciplinary talents of new liberal arts with Chinese characteristics.Based on the brief analysis of the shortcomings of current cultivation mode for interdisciplinary talents of liberal arts in China,the paper reviews the development of liberal arts in Beihang University since the university was founded,and introduces the connotation and practice plan of the cultivation mode of strengthening mathematical foundation.In addition,it proposes concrete measures to cultivate interdisciplinary talents from six aspects:renewing the concept of talent cultivation,optimizing the cultivation mode for interdisciplinary talents,establishing curriculum knowledge system,integrating excellent interdisciplinary teachers,building joint training platform,and constructing evaluation index.Taking the course Introduction to Statistics as an example,the paper explores the practice of the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents in new liberal arts in Beihang University.
