摘 要:全科医生是国家基本医疗和基本公共卫生服务的主力军,是居民健康的“守门人”。为居民提供个性化健康服务是全科医生重要职责。在信息技术高速发展的今天,新媒体环境对健康教育及健康促进工作提出挑战,掌握及应用多种信息技术手段为居民传播科学健康知识是对全科医生的基本能力要求。改变传统单一的全科医学素质教育形式,教育学生应用新媒体媒介进行社区健康服务是对全科医学生核心职业能力锻炼的创新。文章结合漯河医学高等专科学校《全科医学概论》第二课堂教学中应用新媒体手段改革学生的健康服务及健康教育表达形式、探索全科医学实践教学新模式的经验作以分享探讨。General practitioners are the main force of national basic medical treatment and basic public health services and the"gatekeeper"of residents’health.Providing personalized health services for residents is an important responsibility of general practitioners.Today,with the rapid development of information technology,the new media environment poses a challenge to health education and health promotion.Mastering and applying a variety of information technology means to disseminate scientific and health knowledge for residents is the basic ability requirement for general practitioners.Changing the traditional single form of general medicine quality education and educating students to use new media for community health service is an innovation to exercise the core professional ability of general medicine students.This paper will share and discuss the experience of applying new media means to reform students’health service and expression form of health education in the second class teaching of Introduction to General Medicine in Luohe Medical College,and explore the new mode of practical teaching of general medicine.
