摘 要:目的探讨信息技术教育在康复治疗专业人才培养中的应用效果及对教学满意度的影响。方法选择2018年9月—2020年9月佳木斯大学康复治疗专业进行人才培养的大三学生82名作为对象,根据时间点分为两组。对照组(n=38,2018级,2018年9月—2019年9月)采用常规教育,包括:作业治疗学、运动治疗、言语治疗学、儿童康复学、诊断学相关的课程,观察组(n=44,2019级,2019年10月—2020年9月)联合信息技术教育,4个月教育后评估培养效果,比较两组理论考核成绩、操作技能考核成绩、教学满意度。结果观察组学生人才培养4个月填空、选择、名词解释、简答、病例分析评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组4个月康复治疗专业人才培养后康复评定、运动治疗、作业治疗及言语治疗评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组康复治疗专业人才培养4个月后理论知识掌握、学习兴趣的培养、综合分析能力、临床思维的培养、实践技能提高、文献检索、阅读能力及团队协作能力满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息技术教育用于康复治疗专业人才培养中,有助于提高理论和操作技能考核成绩,获得较高的教学满意度,能促进康复治疗专业人才培养教学改革。Objective To explore the application effect of information technology education in the training of rehabilitation professionals and its influence on teaching satisfaction.Methods A total of 82 third-year students in the rehabilitation therapy major of Jiamusi University from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the subjects and divided into two groups according to time points.The control group(n=38,grade 2018,September 2018-September 2019)used routine education,including courses related to occupational therapy,exercise therapy,speech therapy,children’s rehabilitation,and diagnostics.The observation group(n=44 students,grade 2019,October 2019-September 2020)combined with information technology education,the training effect was evaluated after 4 months of education,and the theoretical assessment scores,operational skills assessment scores,and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of blank filling,selection,noun interpretation,short answer and case analysis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of rehabilitation evaluation,exercise therapy,occupational therapy and speech therapy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 4 months of professional rehabilitation therapy training,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 months of training for rehabilitation professionals,the satisfaction of theoretical knowledge,learning interest,comprehensive analysis ability,clinical thinking training,practical skills improvement,literature retrieval,reading ability and teamwork ability of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of information technology education in the training of rehabilitation therapy professionals can help improve the performance of theoretical and operational skills assessment,obtain higher teaching
