摘  要:将成果导向法应用于“农产品加工技术”课程,并在实践过程中突出课程地域化特点,紧密围绕区域产业发展和岗位核心技能,形成了“三特色”和“二主线”的教学模式;经过4年的实践,“农产品加工技术”运用成果导向法建立起一套完整的课程体系,在课程的设计中将输入性学习和成果性运用紧密结合;该模式和经验也可广泛推广到其他工科类专业的专业课程当中,建立高职工科专业课程中“学”与“用”融为一体的课程体系。This research is to apply the achievement oriented method to the course of Agricultural Product Processing Technology,highlight the regional characteristics of the course in the process of practice,closely focus on the regional industrial development and post core skills,and form the teaching mode of“three characteristics”and“two main lines”;After 4 years of practice,Agricultural Products Processing Technology has established a complete curriculum system by using the achievement oriented method,which closely combines input learning and achievement application in the curriculum design;This model and experience can also be widely extended to the professional courses of other engineering majors,and a curriculum system integrating“learning”and“application”in the professional courses of higher vocational engineering can be established.
