摘  要:目的探讨并总结医院药学专业实习生带教经验。方法以广西医科大学第一附属医院药学专业实习生带教为例,通过改进教学管理制度、规范岗前培训、制定教学计划、采用多元化教学模式、强化教学考核等多种教学手段,最终构建良好的实习带教模式。结果通过系统性带教,学生普遍反映实习效果良好。结论通过完善实习带教手段,利用多元化带教模式,可以提高实习效果,为社会培养出高素质的药学人才。Objective To explore and summary the teaching and management experiences of pharmacy undergraduate practice in hospital.Methods Taking the intern teaching of pharmacy major in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University as an example,through improving the teaching management system,standardizing pre-job training,formulating teaching plans,adopting diversified teaching modes,strengthening teaching assessment and other teaching methods,a good practice teaching mode was finally constructed.Results Through systematic teaching,students generally reflect that the practice effect is good.Conclusion By improving the way of practice teaching,we can improve the effect of practice and cultivate high-quality pharmaceutical talents for the society by using diversified models.
