摘 要:目的以学生满意为评价基准,探讨耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学线上教学质量,完善网络教学质量评价体系。方法2020年5—6月,以2020年参加耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学线上教学的1381名本科生为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式从理论与实践教学比例、教学内容更新、临床教学实践、教学互动、教学氛围以及线上授课满意度等7方面进行调查,以学生对教学实施的满意度评价教学效果。结果55.68%的学生对线上教学满意,34.76%的学生对教师语言风格、口音不满意,55.47%的学生对考勤方式、网络、自我控制等方面不满意。结论线上教学时需要考虑学生感受,营造师生互动、教学互促的开放式教学氛围,完善教学质量评价体系,提高教学质量。Objective To explore the online teaching quality of otolaryngology head and neck surgery based on student satisfaction,and to improve the evaluation system of online teaching quality.Methods From May to June 2020,1381 undergraduates who participated in the online teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery in 2020 were selected as the research objects.The questionnaire survey was conducted from seven aspects,including the proportion of theoretical and practical teaching,the update of teaching content,clinical teaching practice,teaching interaction,teaching atmosphere and online teaching satisfaction.The teaching effect was evaluated by students′satisfaction with the teaching mode implementation.Results 55.69%students were satisfied with online teaching,34.76%students were not satisfied with teachers′language style and accent,55.47%students were not satisfied with network,self-control and other aspects.Conclusion Online teaching needs to take students′feelings into consideration,create an open teaching atmosphere of teacher-student interaction and teaching mutual promotion,improve the evaluation system of teaching quality and the teaching quality.
