摘　　要：以聊城职业技术学院养老服务领域教师教学创新团队建设为例,以山东省高水平养老服务专业群建设为抓手,从创新养老服务人才培养模式、构建教师教学创新团队协作模式、重构养老服务课程体系、深化与产业融合发展等方面,探索教师教学创新团队建设的内容、方法和路径。Taking the construction of teachers'teaching innovation team in the elderly care service field of Liaocheng Vocational and Technical College as an example,and taking the construction of high-level elderly care service professional group in Shandong Province as a starting point,this paper explores the contents,methods and paths of the construction of teachers'teaching innovation team from the aspects of innovating the elderly care service personnel training mode,constructing the teachers'teaching innovation team cooperation mode,restructuring the elderly care service curriculum system,deepening and industrial integration development.
