摘 要:目的 探讨心血管外科护理实习生的工作倦怠情况及其与心理弹性、负性情绪的关系。方法 选择2019年6月~2021年5月我院心血管外科136名护理实习生为研究对象,采用工作倦怠量表(MBI-GS)评估工作倦怠情况,抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-21)评估负性情绪,弹性量表简化版(CD-RISC)评估心理弹性水平,分析MBI-GS评分与DASS-21评分以及CD-RISC评分的相关性,并比较不同一般资料MBI-GS评分的差异,采用多元逐步回归分析探讨工作倦怠的相关因素。结果 136名心血管外科护理实习生MBI-GS评分总分为(36.39±4.86)分;MBI-GS评分与DASS-21评分成正相关,与CD-RISC评分成负相关(P<0.05);不同性别、专业选择意愿、是否经历医患纠纷、学位情况MBI-GS评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);是否为独生子女、不同户籍所在地MBIGS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多元逐步回归分析显示DASS-21评分、CD-RISC评分、专业选择意愿、是否经历医患纠纷是心血管外科护理实习生工作倦怠的影响因素。结论 心血管外科护理实习生存在中度工作倦怠,与心理弹性、负性情绪等有关,学校及医院应采取针对性教育培训降低工作倦怠水平。Objective To explore the relationship among job burnout,mental flexibility and negative emotions for nursing interns in cardiovascular surgery department. Methods A total of 136 nursing interns in our hospital from June 2019 to May 2021 in cardiovascular surgery department were selected as the study subjects. Job burnout scale(MBI-GS)were used to assess job burnout,and the depression-anxiety-stress scale(DASS-21)were used to assess negative emotions. The simplified version of the resilience scale(CD-RISC)were used to assess the level of mental resilience. The correlation between MBI-GS score,DASS-21 score and CD-RISC score were analyzed. The differences in MBI-GS scores of different general data were compared. The multiple stepwise regression analysis were used to explore the related factors of job burnout. Results The total score of MBI-GS score of 136 cardiovascular surgery nursing interns was(36.39±4.86). MBI-GS score is positively correlated with DASS-21 score,and negatively correlated with CD-RISC score(P<0.05). There are statistically significant differences in the MBI-GS scores of different genders,professional choices,whether they have experienced doctor-patient disputes,and degree status(P<0.05). There is no statistically significant difference in MBI-GS scores between whether they are the only child,and different household registration locations(P>0.05). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that DASS-21 score,CD-RISC score,professional choice willingness,and whether or not to experience doctor-patient disputes are the influencing factors of job burnout for cardiovascular surgical nursing interns. Conclusion Cardiovascular surgery nursing internship survives with moderate job burnout,which is related to mental flexibility,negative emotions,etc. Schools and hospitals should adopt targeted education and training to reduce the level of job burnout.
