摘　　要：美国斯坦福大学教师教育项目(STEP)以培养领导型教师为目标,课程包括社会学与心理学基础、语言与读写能力、教学策略、课程与教学理论、教育实习等5个模块。在分析STEP的2022版课程内容后,本研究认为:该项目以培养职前教师教学反思能力贯穿课程始终,课程设置具有目标逐级细化、“递进式责任制”培养、注重理论与实践相结合等特点,课程实施不仅重视教育理论知识的有序呈现,又兼顾职前教师能力发展规律。这对我国教师教育课程设置具有一定的参考和借鉴价值。The teacher Education Program(STEP)of Stanford University aims to cultivate leading teachers.The curriculum includes 5 modules,including sociology and psychology foundation,language and literacy,teaching strategies,curriculum and teaching theory,and educational practice.On the analysis of STEP:after the 2022 version of the course content of the project to cultivate pre-service teachers’teaching reflection ability throughout the course,the course curriculum goal refinement STEP by STEP,“progressive responsibility system”training,pay attention to the combination of theory and practice of characteristics,curriculum implementation not only attaches great importance to the education theory of orderly,both pre-service teachers’ability development rule again.This has certain reference value to our country teacher education curriculum.
