师范专业认证视角下高校外聘教师及兼职教师管理研究

摘　　要：外聘教师和兼职教师是高校师范专业师资力量的有机组成部分,在师范专业建设中发挥着越来越多的作用。但高校对外聘和兼职教师的组织与管理一直受多方面因素制约相对薄弱。本文从师范专业认证的视角,呈现了高校师范专业外聘和兼职教师组织与管理工作现状,并进行了较系统的分析研究,提出了相关工作建议与思考。External and part-time teachers are an organic part of normal professional teachers in Colleges and universities,and play a more and more role in the construction of normal professional.However,the organization and management of external and part-time teachers in Colleges and universities have been restricted by many factors and are relatively weak.From the perspective of normal specialty certification,this paper presents the current situation of the organization and management of external and part-time teachers in normal specialty in Colleges and universities,makes a systematic analysis and research,and puts forward relevant work suggestions and references.
