摘　　要：以劳树德是劳动教育综合育人价值的重要组成部分。以劳树德表征了劳动教育是道德品质培育的载体。以劳树德何以可能,是有待明晰的重大理论与实践问题。总体而言,以劳树德之所以是可能的,是因为其契合道德品质形成规律。具体来说,以劳树德之所以是可能的,是因为劳动教育促进道德认知、丰富道德情感、强化道德意志。明晰以劳树德的学理依据,不仅有利于充分发挥劳动教育的德育功能,还有利于更好地开展新时代劳动教育。As an important part of the comprehensive value education in labor education,cultivating virtue through labor is the carrier of moral quality cultivation.How to make it possible is a major theoretical and practical problem to be clarified.In general,the reason why it is possible to cultivate virtue through labor is that it conforms to the formation law of moral quality.Specifically,it is possible because labor education promotes moral cognition,enriches moral emotions,and strengthens moral will.Clarifying the academic basis of cultivating virtue through labor is not only conducive to giving full play to the moral function of labor education,but also to better carrying out labor education in the new era.
