摘 要:航空器受管制员意图、恶劣天气以及航路拥堵等不确定因素的影响,导致航空器在终端空域不一定会严格遵循其飞行程序。通常情况下的飞行程序仅有几个关键点位置信息,而实际飞行轨迹包含的航迹点则有数十个。为了度量位置点数量严重失衡的相似性问题,引入动态时间规整度量方法,构建了一个飞行程序匹配性指标,实现了飞行轨迹和飞行程序之间的相似性度量。对南京禄口国际机场终端区分析表明,该终端空域的飞行程序使用失衡,表现为以西和以北飞行程序拥挤且轨迹过于集中,而其他方向轨迹较稀疏,从而导致日常运行过程中西北扇区的拥挤以及管制员工作负荷的增加。Aircraft are easily affected by uncertain factors such as the controller intentions, the bad weather, and the route congestion, so that aircraft may not strictly follow their flight procedures in the terminal airspace. Usually, the flight program only has several key point position information, but the actual flight track contains dozens of track points. In order to measure the similarity problem of the serious imbalance in the number of position points, a dynamic time warping(DTW)measurement method is introduced to construct a flight procedure matching index, and the similarity measurement between flight trajectory and flight procedure is realized. The analysis on Nanjing Lukou international airport terminal area shows that the use of flight procedures in the airspace of this terminal is unbalanced. It shows that the flight procedures to the west and north are crowded and the number of trajectories are too concentrated. Thus, it leads to congestion in the northwest sector and the increase of controller workload in the daily operation process.
