摘  要:目的探讨多学科综合治疗团队模式(Multidisciplinary team,MDT)理念下思维导图联合基于问题式学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)康复教学查房在中医规培医师临床教学中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月—2020年12月在江西中医药大学附属洪都中医院康复医学科住院部轮转的规培医师,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组30名和对照组30名。其中对照组学员参加传统的教学查房,试验组学员参加MDT理念下思维导图联合PBL教学查房。对2组学员出科考试总成绩、基础理论知识、病例基本处置能力、康复评定能力和技能操作能力、出科汇报和教学效果评价进行比较。结果试验组在出科考试总成绩、病例基本处置能力、技能操作能力、出科汇报总体优良率和教学效果总体满意率方面优于对照组,2组相比较P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论MDT理念下思维导图联合PBL教学查房法具有积极的教学意义,可提高规培学员的主动学习能力和解疑能力,提升其岗位胜任能力、中医临床思维能力和临床实践能力,值得在中医规培临床教学中推广。Objective To explore the application effect of mind mapping combined with problem-based learning(PBL)teaching mode based on multidisciplinary team(MDT)concept in clinical teaching rounds of rehabilitation department for standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,trained physicians rotated in the inpatient department of rehabilitation Medicine of Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into experimental group(30)and control group(30)by random number table method according to the order of training time.The control group participated in the traditional teaching ward round,and the experimental group participated in the clinical teaching rounds of mind mapping combined with PBL teaching mode based on MDT concept.The total score of the exam,basic theoretical knowledge,basic case handling ability,rehabilitation assessment ability and skill operation ability,report and teaching effect evaluation were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in terms of total exam results,basic case handling ability,skill operation ability,overall excellent rate of report and overall satisfaction rate of teaching effect.The comparison between the two groups was P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The clinical teaching rounds of mind mapping combined with PBL teaching mode based on MDT concept has positive teaching significance,which can improve the students’active learning ability and doubt solving ability,as well as their post competency,traditional Chinese medicine clinical thinking ability and clinical practice ability.Therefore,it is worth popularizing in clinical teaching of standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine.
