摘 要:作为开展学术研究和人才培养的专门事业,教育在国家软实力传播中发挥着关键作用。通过民间机构牵线搭桥、知识精英通力合作与高等院校创规定制,美国“二战”后成功地在日本高等教育领域实现了美国研究的制度化,从而助其初步实现建立全球文化霸权地位的目标。全球化时代的教育软实力传播需要以平等互利、合作共赢为指引,既要发挥民间组织的主导作用,又要鼓励知识精英群体构建国际交流网络,同时还要以制度为手段,将国家间教育合作正式化与规范化。As a specialized undertaking for academic research and talent training, education plays a key role in the dissemination of national soft power. Through the matching of private institutions, the cooperation of intellectual elites, and the establishment of institutions of higher learning, after World War II, the United States successfully institutionalized American studies in the field of Japanese higher education, thereby helping itself to initially achieve the goal of establishing a global cultural hegemony. The dissemination of soft power in education in the era of globalization needs to be guided by equality, mutual benefit, and win-win cooperation. It should not only play the leading role of non-governmental organizations, but also encourage intellectual elite groups to build a close international exchange network, to formalize and standardize educational cooperation.
