摘  要:教育督导制度是国家监督和指导教育发展的重要制度,建立并完善各级各类教育督导制度是各国提高教育质量的重要保障。英国是世界上较早建立教育督导制度的国家之一。英国现行职业教育督导经历了两级督导、中央为主督导、中央统一督导三个阶段。英国现行职业教育督导与国家教育督导制度一脉相承,并呈现出四大特点:以教育质量为重点,不断更新督导评估指标;督导类型多样,常规与突击督导相结合;科学取证,遵循三角互证实施督导;重视雇主观点,督导过程与雇主密切合作。英国教育标准局基于证据实施循证督导,重视职业教育的高质量可持续发展,关注学生的自主学习和终身发展,使职业教育督导体现明显的科学取向、可持续取向和人本取向。The education inspection system is an influential system for the state to inspect and guide the development of education. The establishment and improvement of education inspection systems at all levels and types is an impetus for countries to improve the quality of education. The United Kingdom is one of the early countries in the world to establish a system of educational inspection. Inspection of vocational education in UK has gone through three stages: the central and local inspection, the central dominated inspection, and the unified inspection by Ofsted. The current vocational education inspection system follows the national education inspection system and presents the following four characteristics: focusing on quality of education and updating the inspecting indicators constantly, implementing various types of inspection and combining routine and unannounced patterns,enacting evidence-based inspection, and following the triangulation, emphasizing on employer view and working closely with employers during the inspection. Ofsted implements evidence-based inspection, emphasizes highquality sustainable development of vocational education, and focuses on students’ independent learning and lifelong development, so that UK’ s vocational education inspection indicates evident value orientation such as scientific orientation, sustainable orientation, and humanistic orientation.
