摘  要:为保证高速铁路的运营品质,铁路局在联调联试期间一般会提高轨道不平顺质量指数TQI允许偏差管理值的验收标准,导致无砟轨道扣件零部件的投入量将大幅度增加,引起原设计标准中的轨道精调费用不足。为了使设计阶段无砟轨道精调费用编制更加合理,本文通过分析总结已完工项目轨道精调时WJ-8型扣件零部件的实际消耗量与无砟轨道铺轨轨料定额扣件零部件消耗量的关系,建议了采用WJ-8型扣件的无砟轨道精调时,扣件零部件中的绝缘轨距块、轨下垫板、轨下微调垫板、轨距挡板以及铁垫板下调高垫板实际消耗量宜为无砟轨道铺轨轨料定额消耗量的104%、9%、208%、14%和4%。In order to ensure the operation quality of the high-speed railway,the railway administration will generally improve the acceptance standard for the management value of the allowable deviation of the track irregularity quality index TQI during the joint commissioning and test,resulting in a substantial increase in the investment of ballastless track fastener parts,resulting in insufficient track fine adjustment costs in the original design standards.In order to make the cost of fine adjustment of ballastless track in the design stage more reasonable,this paper analyzes and summarizes the relationship between the actual consumption of WJ-8 fastener parts and the consumption of fixed fastener parts of ballastless track laying materials during the fine adjustment of the completed project track,and suggests that the insulation gauge block,under rail pad,under rail fine adjustment pad The actual consumption of gauge baffle and iron base plate should be 104%,9%,208%,14%and 4%of the quota consumption of track materials for ballastless track laying.
