摘　　要：辅导员职业认同通常用来衡量辅导员对职业状态的满意度,以何种态度对待职业,直接关系到工作的效能。以X省的职业院校辅导员作为研究对象,发现性别、年龄、职业年限、职业职称以及学历等因素影响职业院校辅导员的职业认同状况呈现不一致的相关关系。增强辅导员职业认同,需要“精准分工,打造专家型辅导员”、“强化培训,提升待遇水平”以及“强化人文关怀,提升职业认同”等。This paper has investigated counselors’ status and difference of professional identity in vocational institutions in the new era from the view of gender, age, work experience, career rank and educational background. Based on the above analysis, the paper puts forward a series of measures and advice to enhance the professional identity of counselors in vocational institutions, such as accurate division of labor to create expert counselors, strengthening training and increasing salary, and strengthening humanistic concern to enhance the professional identity, etc.
