摘　　要：如何利用教育数字化转型促进教育公平、提高教育质量、实现以人为本的教育是一个新的时代问题。正值中国慕课十年、全面实施教育数字化转型的关键节点,世界慕课与在线教育大会数字革命与大学教学变革分论坛以在线的方式成功举办。文章通过介绍论坛的举办背景、内容安排和专家观点,深入探讨了数字化背景下大学教学发生的深刻变革,围绕“数字化在线教育:新形态与挑战”,介绍了慕课对世界各地的高等教育产生的广泛影响,展望了数字化转型的未来趋势,以及在快速技术变革的背景下教育高质量发展的路径选择;围绕“慕课标准规范:教学实践与经验”,介绍了慕课教学实践取得的丰富经验,展示了慕课标准规范的重要作用和典型案例。最后总结了六点共识:强调教育数字化转型的必然性、凸显慕课在教育教学中的重要价值、关注以学习者为中心的教学、联通教育成为未来发展的趋势、实现更加灵活的个性化教育、更加注重提升教师队伍的水平,并提出共同推进教育数字化转型、创新教育新形态的倡议,以期为我国在线教育的发展与创新提供借鉴。It is the era’s major concern how to make the best advantage of education digital transformation to promote education equity,improve education quality and realize the people-oriented education.The sub-forum Digital Revolution Boosting University Teaching Reform of the Global MOOC and Online Education Conference 2022 was successfully held online at such a critical juncture of China MOOC’s ten years and the comprehensive implementation of digital education transformation.Introducing the background,content arrangement and experts’ views,the paper deeply discusses the profound changes in university teaching under the background of digitization.Focusing on Digitalized Online Education:New Forms and Challenges,this paper introduces the extensive influence of MOOC on higher education and universities around the world,and expands on future trends of digital transformation as well as the path choice for high-quality development of education under the background of rapid technological change.Centering on MOOC’s standards and specifications:Teaching Practice and Experience,this paper introduces rich experience obained in MOOC teaching practice,demonstrates the important role and typical cases of MOOC standards and specifications,and sums up six consensuses:the necessity of digital transformation of education,the value of MOOC in education and practical teaching,focus on learner-centered instruction,connected education becoming future trend,flexible individualized education,enhancing university teachers’ capabilities.And the paper puts forward the initiative to jointly promote the digital transformation of education and innovate the new form of education,with a view to providing reference for the development and innovation of online education in China.
