摘 要:目的分析基于问题式学习的医学模拟教育在规培生带教中的应用价值。方法2019年1月—2020年12月选取南京医科大学附属肿瘤医院79名规培生参与研究,通过抽签方式分组,对照组39名规培生采取常规教学,观察组40名规培生采取基于问题式学习教学,对比不同教学方式下的成果,分析学生的满意度,并对教学方式进行评估。结果在不同教学方式下,观察组理论知识成绩、病例分析及实践操作成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中,100.00%的学生认为本组教学方式有利于提升学习积极,95.00%的学生认为本组教学方式有利于降低学习难度,97.50%学生认为本组教学方式有利于调动自主能力,和对照组比均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不同教学方式下,观察组团队协作、师生沟通、实践能力培养3项教学效果满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于问题式学习的医学模拟教育在规培生带教中有利于培养其综合能力,提升其学习积极性,降低学习难度,学生满意度较高,值得使用。Objective To analyze the application value of medical simulation education based on problem-based learning in the teaching of regulation students.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,79 cases of regulation students from Nanjing Medical University Cancer Hospital were selected to participate in the study and grouped by lottery.39 students in the control group received routine teaching,and 40 students in the observation group adopted problem-based learning teaching.The results under different teaching methods were compared,the students'satisfaction was analyzed,and the teaching methods were evaluated.Results Under different teaching styles,the scores of theoretical knowledge,case analysis and practical operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);in the observation group,100.00%of the students thought that the teaching method of this group was beneficial to enhance learning actively,95.00%of the students thought that the teaching method of this group was beneficial to reduce the learning difficulty,and 97.50%of the students thought that the teaching method of this group was beneficial to mobilize the independent ability,which were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);under different teaching methods,the satisfaction scores of team cooperation,communication between teachers and students and cultivation of practical ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The medical simulation education based on problem-based learning is beneficial to cultivate the comprehensive ability of the regular students,enhance their enthusiasm for learning,reduce the difficulty of learning,and the student satisfaction is high,which is worth using.
