摘  要:既有文献显示,“幼儿园男教师重要但匮乏”已经成为当前相关研究的主流话语,但却鲜有研究关注到该话语的生成路径,因此,有必要从话语路径的视角重新对幼儿园男教师的相关研究进行梳理、解构和反思,以揭示被话语遮蔽的权力运作。研究发现:第一,对幼儿园男教师性别职业优势的研究经历了从“经验化”到“概念化”的转变,但却普遍缺乏实证支持;第二,已有研究在男教师性别职业优势的逻辑上,进一步将幼儿园教师女多男少的“现状”塑造成教师队伍男女性别结构失衡的“问题”;第三,该话语生成涉及多方的利益诉求,并在各方权力博弈的过程中,制造了现实图景中幼儿园教师男女性别不平等的问题。基于对以上话语路径的解构,有必要对幼儿园男教师的研究逻辑进行系统性反思与总结,以期在更高水平上凝聚新的共识。Existing literature shows that“male kindergarten teachers are important but in great demand”has become the mainstream discourse in current research,but no research has paid attention to the generation process of such discourse.Therefore,it is necessary to sort the related research,deconstruct and reflect on it,so as to reveal the power operation behind it from the perspective of discourse path.The findings are as follows:first,the research on the gender occupational advantages of male kindergarten teachers has undergone a transition from“empirical”to“conceptual”,but there is generally no empirical support;Second,based on the logic of male teachers’gender professional advantages,existing studies have further shaped the“current situation”of more female than male kindergarten teachers into a“problem”of imbalance in gender structure of the teaching staff;Third,the formation of this discourse involves the interest demands of many parties,and in the process of power game of all parties,it“creates”the problem of gender inequality among kindergarten teachers in the realistic picture.Based on the deconstruction of the above discourse paths,it is necessary to make a systematic reflection and summary of the research logic of male kindergarten teachers,in hope of a new consensus at a higher level.
