摘 要:为减少由于包装产生的工业垃圾和对环境的污染,对白菜-豆渣混合基可食性包装纸进行了研究,通过对其性能的研究和制备参数的优化,得到能与内装物一同食用的内包装纸。以8∶2的白菜和豆渣混合物为基材,以黄原胶、魔芋胶和海藻酸钠作为黏结剂,甘油、山梨醇和硬脂酰乳酸钠为增塑剂,制备了白菜-豆渣混合基可食性包装纸,并对其抗张强度、耐折度、断裂伸长率和吸湿性进行了测定,确定了每种添加剂的最佳范围;为了提高包装纸的综合性能,利用1.2%~1.8%的黄原胶和魔芋胶、5%~7%的甘油为混合添加剂对包装纸的吸湿性进行了响应面分析,得到当黄原胶、魔芋胶和甘油的质量分数分别为1.58∶1.8∶7时,包装纸的吸湿性最大值为257g/(m2·24h),并分别与A4纸和报纸进行了性能对比,发现所制备的包装纸的各项性能与A4纸比较接近,略优于报纸。综上所述,制备得到的包装纸具有较好的使用性能,能够为可食性包装纸的工业化生产及应用提供理论基础和技术支持。In order to reduce the industrial waste and environmental pollution caused by packaging,the edible packaging paper based on the mixed base of cabbage and soybean residue was studied.Through the study of the properties and optimizing the preparation parameters,the inner wrapping paper was obtained which could be eaten with the contents.Edible packaging paper was prepared with 8:2 mixture of cabbage and soybean residue as substrate,xanthan gum,konjac gum and sodium alginate as binders,glycerin,sorbitol and sodium stearyl lactate as plasticizers.Its tensile strength,bending resistance,elongation at break and hygroscopicity were measured,and the optimal range of each additive was determined.In order to improve the comprehensive performance of the packaging paper,the hygroscopicity of the packaging paper was analyzed by response surface methodology using 1.2%-1.8%xanthan gum,konjac gum and 5%-7%glycerol as mixed additives.It was found that when the mass fractions of xanthan gum,konjac gum and glycerol was 1.58∶1.8∶7,the maximum hygroscopicity of the paper was 257g/(m2·24h).The performances were compared with A4 paper and newspaper respectively.It was found that the properties of the paper prepared were close to A4 paper and slightly better than newspaper.In conclusion,the prepared packaging paper has good performance and can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the industrial production and application of edible packaging paper.
