摘  要:构建课程思政教学评价指标体系是新时代背景下推动课程思政建设持续改进、螺旋式上升的重要手段,也是全面实施课程思政教学的保障措施和衡量标准。以陕西10所地方本科高校25名专业课教师作为访谈对象,运用扎根理论研究方法,对课程思政教学评价指标体系进行质性构建。通过开放式、轴心式和选择性3级编码,归纳和提取出涵盖5个1级指标、15个2级指标和50个3级指标在内的地方本科高校课程思政教学评价指标体系,并通过专家评价法确定了各个评价指标的权重,同时通过指标体系的满意度调查和应用分析检验了指标体系的有效性、稳定性和可接受性。结果表明,该指标体系具有较好的适用性和可靠性,能够客观、准确评价地方本科高校课程思政教学质量和水平。Constructing the evaluation index system is an important means to promote the continuous improvement of Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education(CBIPE) in the new era. It can also serve as a measurement standard for the implementation of CBIPE. This study takes 25 teachers from 10 local universities in Shaanxi Province as the interviewees, and uses the research methodology of Grounded Theory to construct the evaluation index system of CBIPE. Through the three-level coding system including the open, axial and selective coding, the evaluation index system of CBIPE in local universities is extracted, including 5 first-level, 15 second-level and 50 third-level indicators. The weight of each evaluation index is determined by using the Delphi method. At the same time, the validity, stability and acceptability of the index system is tested by using the empirical research methodology. The results show that the index system has good applicability and reliability, and can be used to evaluate the quality and level of CBIPE in local universities.
