摘  要:20世纪60年代末以来,随着应用科学大学的兴起与发展,德国单一性的高等教育体系分化为综合性大学与应用科学大学并行的“双类型高等教育体系”,并成为一张“金名片”。进入21世纪,应用科学大学出现了集体更名、学术漂移等与综合性大学趋同化发展态势。从本质上说,这是国家、市场与学术三个权力中心共同作用的结果,但这种趋同体现的是新背景下应用科学大学对科学与技术、理论与应用之间关系的重新审度,是“转型”而非“转向”。德国应用科学大学的走向无疑能为我国高职教育高质量发展的改革实践提供借鉴和启示。Since the end of 1960s,with the rise and development of universities of applied science,the single higher education system in Germany has been divided into two categories,namely comprehensive universities and universities of applied science,which has become a“golden card”.In the 21st century,most universities of applied science have changed their name and pay more attention to academic research in a similar way with the comprehensive universities.This is achieved by joint efforts from the state,the market and the academic institutions.However,this convergence reflects the re-evaluation of the relationship between the science and technology,theory and application in universities of applied science under the new background,which is a“transformation”rather than a“turn”.There is no doubt that the trend of German university of applied science can provide reference and enlightenment for the reform practice of high quality development of higher vocational education.
