摘 要:产木枣的吕梁和产骏枣的交城是我国最大的枣类生产基地,枣类在我国已被广泛种植,其药食两用的效果在我国也被广泛地应用。现今,红枣类产品大部分以干品销售,而木枣主要销售新鲜的产品。随着储藏时间的增长,两种枣类中的成分均会出现损失,导致产品品质下降。研究通过对两地枣类中的多糖成分抗疲劳功效研究,一方面为木枣和红枣的销售提供更多的加工途径,另一方面为抗疲劳药物的研发也提供一些新的思路。Lyuliang Zizyphus jujuba Mill. cv. Muzao and Jiaocheng Zizyphus jujuba Mill. cv. Junzao are the largest jujube production bases in China. Jujube has been widely planted in China, and its dual use effect of food and medicine has also been widely used in China. At present, red jujube products are mostly sold as dry products, while Zizyphus jujuba Mill. cv. Muzao is mainly sold as fresh product. With the increase of storage time, the components of the two kinds of jujubes will be lost, leading to the decline of product quality. Through the study on the anti-atigue effect of polysaccharides in jujubes from the two places, on the one hand, it provides more processing ways for the sales of Zizyphus jujuba Mill. cv. Muzao and red jujubes, on the other hand, it also provides some new ideas for the research and development of anti-fatigue drugs.
