摘  要:目的:探究基于微助教的混合教学法在《口腔黏膜病学》理论教学中应用效果;方法 :以湖北医药学院2017级口腔专业的本科生为研究对象,选取2个小班,随机分为实验组(34名)和对照组(33名);实验组采用“混合教学法”教学,而对照组采用“传统教学法”,在课程结束后,通过问卷调查和成绩分析,进行教学效果评价;结果:问卷调查回收率为100%(34/34),实验组学生对混合教法学的认可程度达到100%,且认为在提高学习兴趣、参与意识、启发思维、课堂气氛、沟通能力、主动的学习能力等方面都具有好的促进作用.成绩分析显示,实验组期末考试总体成绩高于对照组,但无统计学差异(P>0.05);结论:基于“微助教”的混合型教学法在《口腔黏膜病学》理论教学中应用,有效保证了教学效果,提高了学生学习的积极性,有利于培养学生的综合能力.Purpose: To explore the effect of blending teaching method based on Micro-Teachermate in the theoretical teaching of Oral Mucosal Disease. Methods: Taking the 2017 undergraduate students majoring in Stomatology of Hubei University of Medicine as the research object, 2 small classes were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(34 students) and controlled group(33 students);the experimental group adopted the "blending teaching method", and the controlled group adopted the "traditional teaching method", and after the course, the teaching effect was evaluated by the questionnaire survey of the students in the experimental group and the analysis of the final examination results of the two groups of students. Results: The questionnaire survey recovery rate of the experimental group was 100%(34/34), and the questionnaire survey showed that the students in the experimental group recognized the blending teaching method by 100%, and believed that it had a good role in promoting learning interest, participation awareness, inspiring thinking, classroom atmosphere, communication ability, and active learning ability. Comparing the final examination scores of the two groups, the overall score of the final examination of the experimental group was higher than that of the controlled group, but there was no statistically significant difference in the score(P>0.05). Conclusion: The blending teaching method based on "Micro-Teachermate" is applied in the theoretical teaching of Oral Mucosal Disease, which effectively ensures the teaching effect, improves the initiative of students’ learning, and is conducive to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive ability.
