摘 要:随着我国教育数字信息化转型升级,英语教师教研的组织形式、外部环境和实现路径发生了改变。在梳理已有云教研理论的基础上,从组织发展视角提出以肯定式探究为方法的英语云教研共同体优化路径。通过对84名英语教师组成的云教研课题组进行为期8周的在线教研,结合问卷调查和路径分析,阐释了英语云教研共同体组织的优化是通过强化共同体意识来实现的,揭示了肯定式探究能力、分布式教研领导力和组织学习力对云教研共同体意识的整体路径优化效果优于个别路径,为英语教师专业学习和云教研的组织发展提供有价值的策略参考。With the upgrading and transition of educational digitalization,the organizational form,the outer environment and realization pathway to English teachers’teaching-researching community have changed.This study proceeds from the theories on online teaching-researching and proposes an appreciative inquiry approach to optimizing online teaching-researching community from the perspective of organizational development.This study analyzes the online teaching-researching community consisting of 84 English teachers in the duration of 8 weeks with semi-structured surveys and employs path analysis to illustrate the development of online teaching-researching community could be realized through the enhancement of community consciousness optimized by a unity of appreciative inquiry capability,teaching-researching distributed leadership and organizational learning capability,which provides a valuable reference to English teachers’professional learning and organizational development of online teaching-researching community.
