摘　　要：现代学徒制是推进我国职业教育体系建设的战略选择。“学思结合、学练结合、学用结合”这种“学思练用学”交叉循环、螺旋上升式的人才培养模式赋予了高职法律课程现代学徒制多维度的内涵,其改革要义应从教学内容、教师群体、教学方式、教学实践、教学评价几方面进行探究和优化。Modern apprenticeship system is a strategic choice to promote the construction of vocational education system in China.The cross-cycle and spiral-increasing talent training mode of“combination between learning,thinking,practicing and application”endows the modern apprenticeship system of law courses in higher vocational colleges with multi-dimensional connotation.The main points of the reform should be explored and optimized from the aspects of teaching content,teacher groups,teaching methods,teaching practice and teaching evaluation.
