摘 要:新入职护士是临床护理队伍发展的后备力量。在新入职护士培训中,科学有效的培训效果评价是完善培训方案、测评预期目标完成度的必要环节,是培养新入职护士核心能力的方向标。该文就教育评价理念的发展、新入职护士培训效果评价的参考模型及应用现状进行系统梳理,以期为新入职护士培训的管理与完善提供参考。New nurses are the reserve force and future of clinical nursing team.When training new nurses,scientific and effective evaluation is a necessary link to improve the training program and evaluate the degree of completion of the expected goals,as well as a direction indicate for the new nurses training.In this paper,the development of teaching evaluation concept,the reference model of clinical teaching evaluation for new nurses and the application status of clinical teaching evaluation were systematically sorted out,so as to provide reference for the management and improvement of standardized training for new nurses.
