摘  要:中职教育是我国教育体系的重要组成部分,肩负着为社会输送专业技术型人才的重要使命。文章阐述中等职业教育、人才培养模式、中职数学有效教学的具体概念,分析支撑人才培养教学模式的基本理论,探讨中职数学教学遇到的主要问题,指出中职学校要明确数学人才培养教学目标,指明改革方向;整合内外数学课程教学材料,丰富改革内涵;培养学生数学学习积极情感,奠定改革基础;创新中职数学课程教学模式,增强改革成效。Secondary vocational education is an important part of China’s education system, and it shoulders the important mission of providing professional and technical talents for the society. This paper expounds the specific concepts of secondary vocational education, talent training mode and effective teaching of mathematics in secondary vocational schools, analyzes the basic theories supporting the teaching mode of talent training, discusses the main problems encountered in mathematics teaching in secondary vocational schools, and points out that secondary vocational schools should clarify the teaching objectives of mathematics talent training and indicate the direction of reform;integrate the teaching materials of internal and external mathematics courses to enrich the connotation of reform;cultivate students’ positive emotion in mathematics learning and lay the foundation for reform;innovate the teaching mode of mathematics curriculum in secondary vocational schools and enhance the reform effect.
