摘  要:随着社会的发展和进步,人才的评价标准日趋多样化。多元人才评价标准强调人才的能力水平,这与“大语文”课堂重视培养学生的应用能力原则相契合。文章从多元人才视角的发展趋势与语文教育需求入手,分析多元人才视角下的“大语文”课堂人才培养标准和目标,提出多元人才视角下的“大语文”课堂构建策略,并对“大语文”课堂教学效果的保障措施进行探究,以期深化语文课程教学改革,提高语文课堂教学质量,为国家培养出更多多元化人才。With the development and progress of society, the evaluation criteria of talents are becoming increasingly diversified. The multi talent evaluation standard emphasizes the ability level of talents, which is consistent with the principle that "big Chinese" classroom attaches importance to cultivating students’ application ability. The article starts with the development trend and the needs of Chinese education from the perspective of multiple talents, analyzes the standards and objectives of talent training in the "big Chinese" classroom from the perspective of multiple talents, puts forward the strategies for building the "big Chinese" classroom from the perspective of multiple talents, and explores the measures to ensure the effectiveness of "big Chinese" classroom teaching, with a view to deepening the reform of Chinese curriculum teaching and improving the quality of Chinese classroom teaching, cultivate more multiple talents for the country.
