摘  要:在学生全面发展的过程中,劳动教育占据着非常重要的位置。进入数字时代以后,数字化技术使得学习者的主体地位正在逐渐被削弱,数字化技术也给劳动教育性、劳动教育时空泛在化带来了一定的压力。在这样的环境氛围中,数字时代学校劳动教育制度变革要以马克思主义劳动观、劳动教育的基本理念为依托,使学校劳动教育制度与时代发展保持高度的统一。需要从实践层面进行分析,劳动教育设备要与时俱进,加快转型的速度,促使劳动教育快速实现数字化发展,同时也要从整体性角度出发,做好劳动教育制度的调整工作。In the process of students’all-round development,labor education occupies a very important position.After entering the digital age,digital technology has gradually weakened the dominant position of learners.Digital technology has also brought some pressure to the labor education and the pervasiveness of labor education in time and space.In such an environment,the reform of school labor education system in the digital era should rely on the Marxist labor concept and the basic concept of labor education,so as to maintain a high degree of unity between the school labor education system and the development of the times.It needs to be analyzed from the practical level.The labor education equipment should keep pace with the times,accelerate the speed of transformation,and promote the rapid realization of digital development of labor education.At the same time,the adjustment of labor education system should be done well from the perspective of integrity.
