摘 要:目的 探究结合虚拟现实技术的CBL教学法在运动医学教学中的应用价值。方法 选取2020年10月—2021年12月于浙江大学医学院附属第二医院骨科的40名住培学员,随机纳入试验组和对照组。试验组结合了虚拟现实关节镜手术模拟系统训练的以病例为基础的学习(case based learning,CBL)的教学法,对照组学员接受传统方式教学,包括了知识点授课、手术室观摩手术和作为助手参与膝关节镜手术,对比两组学员考试成绩和课程满意度。结果 试验组的学员满意度、理论考试成绩和首程书写成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 结合虚拟现实技术的CBL教学法可显著提高运动医学临床教学效果。Objective To explore the value of CBL teaching method combining virtual reality technology in sports medicine education. Methods 40 students studying in Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from October 2020 to December 2021 were included and randomly divided into experimental and control group. The experimental group adopts the CBL teaching method based on the virtual reality arthroscopic surgery simulation system. The control group received traditional teaching, including lectures, surgical observation and participation in knee arthroscopy operation as an assistant. Examination scores and course satisfaction of the two groups were assessed. Results Students’ satisfaction and examination scores of the experimental group were both higher than the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The CBL teaching method combined with virtual reality technology can significantly improve the teaching effect of sports medicine.
