摘　　要：信任是虚拟团队协同合作、知识共享与目标实现的基石,但虚拟团队自身的独特性导致信任难以构建与传递。本研究通过对2000—2020年国内外顶级期刊中关于虚拟团队信任的387篇文献进行系统梳理,基于2W1H知识框架,梳理了虚拟团队信任的概念、特征及类型,厘清了虚拟团队信任的影响因素和作用机制,从虚拟团队发展的视角,总结虚拟团队信任构建与维系的具体策略。最后,论述该领域现有研究的不足,以期为后续虚拟团队信任研究指明方向。Trust is the cornerstone of virtual team collaboration,knowledge sharing as well as goal realization.However,it is difficult to establish and transfer trust due to the virtual teams’uniqueness.This study has systematically sorted out 387 articles about virtual team trust,which were published in top domestic and foreign journals from 2000 to 2020.Based on the 2W1H knowledge framework,this paper combed out the concept of virtual team trust,characteristics and types,clarified the influencing factors and mechanism,and summarized the constructing and maintaining strategies from the perspective of team development.In order to point out the future directions,this paper finally discussed the shortcomings of the existing research in virtual team trust.
