摘 要:流变的社会裹挟和荡涤着教学,使得不确定性已成为教学无可去除的背景和底色,而不再只是教学偶然的表面现象。教学的不确定性打破了那种试图用某种确定性的教学理论或思想统摄整个现实教学世界的乌托邦式幻象,为教师教学个性的充分发挥提供了广阔的空间,但也将教学置于了变幻莫测的境地,使教师面临着多元化教学观念、碎片化教学生活以及个体化教学问题解决方式的难题。教师只有清楚地意识和把握自身教学生活的教学传统之根,确立教学生活的精神立场,奠定教学生活的精神基础,过上一种真正的教学精神生活,才能从容应对教学的不确定性,抵制外部环境一切可能的干扰,摆脱现实教学生活的困惑和不安。为此,学校应该努力提供制度上的设计与安排,形成良好的伦理环境,使教师得到应有的伦理关怀。Teaching is drawn into a changing society,making uncertainty an irresistible background rather than merely an accidental phenomenon. Teaching uncertainty breaks the Utopian illusion of manipulating the teaching world with a deterministic teaching theory or philosophy,and provides a broad domain for teachers to give full play to their teaching individuality. However,uncertainty places teaching in an unpredictable situation,making teachers face such problems as diversified teaching concepts,fragmented teaching life,and ways to solve individualized teaching problems.Only when teachers realize their teaching life is rooted in the tradition of teaching,establish their spiritual orientation,lay a mental foundation for their teaching life,and live a real spiritual life of teaching can they fully cope with teaching uncertainty,resist the possible interference from the external environment,and get rid of the confusion and anxiety in teaching practice. Therefore,schools need to provide proper institutional arrangements,develop a nice ethical environment,and entitle teachers to due ethical care.
