福利需要视角下加拿大老年教育运行机制探析及启示

摘　　要：西方社会把老年教育视为老年人应该享受的福利。为了满足老年群体对教育的福利需求,加拿大政府和社会组织为其提供了多元化的福利供给模式,形成了健全的教育运行机制,确保了老年教育的良性运转。通过分析加拿大老年教育的福利供给模式和运行机制,归纳出基于福利需要的加拿大老年教育运行机制模型,希冀为我国老年教育发展提供有益借鉴。In western society,elderly education is often regarded as a welfare that the elderly should enjoy.In order to meet the welfare needs of the elderly for education,the Canadian government and social organizations have provided them with a diversified welfare supply model,formed a sound educational operation mechanism,and ensured the good operation of elderly education.By analyzing the welfare supply mode and operation mechanism of Canadian elderly education,this paper summarizes the operation mechanism model of Canadian elderly education based on welfare needs,hoping to provide useful reference for the development of elderly education in China.
