摘 要:课后服务是由学校、家庭和社会等多方提供的旨在保护与促进儿童成长的综合性教育服务活动。面向中小学生的课后服务是学校正规教育的重要补充,是提高整体教育质量、促进学生全面发展的重要保障,也是教育民生的重要组成部分。我国台湾地区课后服务经历了较长时期的探索,服务内容兼具生活照顾与学习辅导功能,其中又以针对低学业成就学生的补救教学政策为实施重点,形成了独具特色的课后辅导体系,在缩小学生学习差距、促进学生适性发展及推进教育公平等方面发挥了重要作用。目前,祖国大陆应从现实条件出发,借鉴补救教学的政策,在课后服务制度方面进行实践探索,完善公共教育服务体系,满足“双减”后基本的教育民生需求。After-school services is an educational service activity provided by schools,families and society to protect and promote children’s growth.After school service for primary and middle school students is an important part of education of people’s livelihood.It is an important way to improve the quality of education and promote the all-round development of students.It is an important measure to enhance the ability of educational service and effectively reduce the burden on parents.After school service in Taiwan region has experienced a long period of exploration.The service content has both the functions of life care and learning guidance.Among them,it focuses on the remedial teaching policy for students with low academic achievement,and forms a unique after-school guidance system,which has played an important role in narrowing the students’learning gap,promoting students’adaptive development and promoting educational equity.At present,China’s mainland should start from the actual conditions,learn from the remedial teaching policy in Taiwan region,practice and explore the after-school services system,improve the public education service system,and meet the basic education and people’s livelihood needs after the“double reduction”policy.
