Effect of Balint Group Intervention on Nurses’Job Burnout and Career Planning in Pediatric Nurse Management

摘  要:目的分析巴林特小组干预对儿科护士职业倦怠感及职业规划的影响。方法于2021年2月—2022年1月,选取福建省泉州市第一医院儿科的120名护士作为研究对象,并依据护士的干预方式将其分入观察组(60名)和对照组(60名),对照组护士采用常规干预方式,观察组护士应用巴林特小组干预。比较两组干预前后情感衰竭评分、职业生涯高原(指标包括:内容高原、层级高原、中心化高原得分)评分、共情能力(指标包括:情感护理、换位思考、观点采择)评分、情绪智力评分(指标包括:情绪知觉、自我情绪调整、他人情绪调整、情绪利用)、自我效能感、沟通能力评分(指标包括:基本语言沟通能力评分、团队沟通能力评分、情感支持能力评分、基本非语言沟通评分、困难情景沟通能力评分)进行对比。结果两组护士干预后情感衰竭评分和职业生涯高原评分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组情感衰竭评分和职业生涯高原评分降低幅度显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组共情能力评分、自我效能感沟通能力评分以及情绪智力评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用巴林特小组干预对改善儿科护士职业倦怠感、促进职业规划具有积极影响。Objective To analyze the effect of Balint group intervention on nurses’job burnout and career planning in pediatric nurse management.Methods From February 2021to January 2022,a total of 120 pediatric nurses in Quanzhou First Hospital Fujian were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases)according to the management mode of nurses.The nurses in the control group adopted the conventional management mode,and the nurses in the observation group applied the intervention of Balint group.The scores of emotional exhaustion,career plateau(including content plateau,level plateau,and centralized plateau),empathy(including emotional nursing,empathy,and point of view selection),emotional intelligence(including emotional perception,self emotional management,others’emotional management,and emotional utilization),self-efficacy communication ability score(including basic language communication ability score,team communication ability score,emotional support ability score,basic nonverbal communication score,difficult situation communication ability score)for comparison.Results After the nursing management intervention,the emotional exhaustion score and career plateau score of the two groups decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decrease of emotional exhaustion score and career plateau score in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of empathy,selfefficacy,communication ability and emotional intelligence in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Balint group intervention in pediatric nurse management has a positive impact on improving nurses’job burnout and promoting career planning.
