会计学专业专升本教育质量影响因素调查分析——以内蒙古鸿德文理学院为例

摘  要:在专升本教育规模快速扩大的背景下,剖析会计学专业专升本教育质量的影响因素十分必要。通过对内蒙古鸿德文理学院2020级、2021级338名学生进行问卷调查,利用SPSS进行数据统计,从教师教育、课程设置、课堂教学和学生学习投入等方面进行分析。结果显示:会计学专业专升本学生对专任教师教育、课程设置满意度较高,其他各方面的满意度存在差异;课堂教学方式、教学评估等因素对会计学专业专升本教育质量具有关键性影响。In the context of the rapid expansion of upgrading education from college to university,it seems necessary to analyze the factors influencing the quality of upgrading education in accounting.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 338 students from the classes of 2020 and 2021 in Inner Mongolia Hongde College of Arts and Sciences,and data were analyzed with SPSS in terms of teacher education,curriculum setting,classroom teaching and students’learning commitment.The results show that:accounting students are more satisfied with full-time teachers’education and curriculum setting,and there are differences in satisfaction in all other aspects;factors such as classroom teaching methods and teaching assessment have a key influence on the quality of upgrading education in accounting major.
