摘　　要：目的探讨神经系统副肿瘤综合征(PNS)患者出现多重PNS相关抗体的临床特征。方法在利用病案系统检索(D48.900*008+G1)诊断为神经系统副肿瘤综合征的患者中,筛选出2种或2种以上PNS相关抗体阳性且符合PNS标准患者,收集患者临床资料。结果在26例确诊的患者中,3例患者检测出多重抗体阳性,1例表现为感觉神经元病的患者发现SOX1、Amphiphysin抗体,1例表现为边缘性脑炎的患者同时发现SOX1、GAD65、Ma2、GABABR抗体,另1例表现为感觉神经元病的患者发现Hu、CV2、Amphiphysin抗体。2例患者接受激素和/或免疫治疗,3例患者均发现肿瘤。结论多重抗体的PNS患者可能表现为一种临床表型,治疗原则与单抗体患者相同。Objective To investigate the clinical features of multiple PNS-related antibodies in patients with paraneoplastic neurological syndrome(PNS).Methods Patients diagnosed with paraneoplastic syndrome of the nervous system were retrieved using the medical record system(D48.900*008+G1),and patients who were positive for two or more PNS-related antibodies and met the PNS criteria were screened out,and the clinical data of the patients were collected and analyzed.Results Among the 26 confirmed patients,three patients were positive for multiple antibodies,one patient with sensory neuron disease found SOX1,Amphiphysin antibodies,and one patient with limbic encephalitis also found SOX1,GAD65,Ma2,GABABR antibody,and Hu,CV2,and Amphiphysin antibodies were found in another patient with sensory neuron disease.Two patients received hormone and/or immunotherapy,and tumors were found in all three patients.Conclusion PNS patients with multiple antibodies may present a clinical phenotype,and the principles of treatment are the same as those for patients with single antibodies.
