摘  要:以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)是在基础医学教学实践和卓越医生培养中发挥着较好的作用。海南医学院基础医学课程整合PBL的创建与实践,旨在针对医学传统学科教学上存在的学科之间、课程之间缺乏的联系和知识的整体性以及基础与临床之间脱节等问题而寻找的一种新型教学模式。通过创建基础医学整合PBL课程的实践,能够使学生在学习过程中能够充分地把基础医学各学科之间形成一个有机整体,对知识进行整合,为后期的临床学习奠定基础。The teaching method of Problem Based Learning(PBL)plays a good role in the teaching practice of basic medicine and the training of outstanding doctors.The establishment and practice of integrating PBL in the basic medical course of Hainan Medical College aims to find a new teaching mode aiming at the problems such as the lack of connection between subjects and courses,the integrity of knowledge and the disconnection between basic medicine and clinical practice in the traditional medical course teaching.By creating the practice of integrating PBL course of basic medicine,students can fully form an organic whole among all subjects of basic medicine in the learning process,integrate knowledge,and lay the foundation for clinical learning in the later stage.
