摘 要:目的探讨针对临床教学单元(clinical teaching unit,CTU)形式的教学查房,在培训胸外科住院医师及实习医师中的具体作用。方法纳入2018年7月—2020年6月在中南大学湘雅二医院胸外科轮转的住院医师参与人员随机分为试验组(25名)和对照组(25名)。试验组参与人员运用CTU形式教学查房,对照组参与人员运用普通教学查房,在出科时进行理论考核和问卷调查;并纳入2015级及2016级实习学生20名参与CTU研究。结果试验组参与人员理论成绩中优秀和良好的人数要明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示住院医师和实习医师都认为CTU形式教学可以提高学习积极性和临床思维能力。结论胸外科住院医师及实习医师培训中,提高参与人员的理论成绩及临床思维能力较为有效的方法是CTU形式的教学查房。Objective To explore the role of teaching ward round based on clinical teaching unit(CTU)in the training of thoracic surgery residents and interns.Methods The resident students rotating in thoracic surgery in our hospital from July 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group(25)and control group(25).The students in the experimental group used CTU teaching rounds,while the students in the control group used ordinary teaching rounds,and conducted theoretical assessment and questionnaire survey when they graduated from school;20 interns of 2015 and 2016 were included to participate in CTU activities.Results The number of excellent and good students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire show that both residentsand interns believe that CTU teaching can improve learning enthusiasm and clinical thinking ability.Conclusion The implementation of CTU teaching ward round in the training of thoracic surgery residents and interns is helpful to improve the students’theoretical achievement and clinical thinking ability.
